A letter from Papa & Mama
Dear Reagan,
When you were born on 19 December 2020, six days before Christmas, our family became complete. Koko Arthur couldn’t wait to meet you, and neither could we. We started taking photos of everything: your big curious eyes, your first Christmas wrapped in a blanket with your name on it, your first gummy smile. This website is where we keep the best of them, for you.
You have always been full of joy. As a baby you laughed so easily, and once you fell fast asleep right inside your little yellow toy car. Please never lose that happy heart. It makes everyone around you smile.
You have also always been curious and brave. You learned to walk, dug in the sand in Bali, touched snow for the very first time in Japan and walked into school with a brand-new backpack. Remember that feeling the next time something looks hard. You have tried new things before, and you did them with a smile.
And from your very first day, you have had a big brother. Arthur has been hugging you, pulling you along in the wagon and playing games with you since you were tiny. Take care of each other, always.
There will be days that are harder than others. On those days, remember that you are loved more than you will ever know, that home is always open, and that it is okay to start again.
Whatever you choose to do and whoever you become, we are already proud of you. Live life to the fullest, be kind along the way, and keep your heart full of hope.

Reagan sayang,
Waktu kamu lahir pada 19 Desember 2020, enam hari sebelum Natal, keluarga kami jadi lengkap. Koko Arthur sudah tidak sabar bertemu kamu, begitu juga kami. Kami mulai memotret semuanya: matamu yang besar dan penuh rasa ingin tahu, Natal pertamamu yang terbungkus selimut bertuliskan namamu, dan senyum pertamamu. Website ini tempat kami menyimpan foto-foto terbaik itu, untukmu.
Dari kecil kamu selalu penuh keceriaan. Waktu masih bayi kamu gampang sekali tertawa, dan pernah tertidur pulas di dalam mobil-mobilan kuningmu. Jangan pernah kehilangan hati yang gembira itu. Hati itu membuat semua orang di sekitarmu ikut tersenyum.
Kamu juga selalu penasaran dan berani. Kamu belajar berjalan, bermain pasir di Bali, menyentuh salju untuk pertama kalinya di Jepang, dan masuk sekolah dengan tas yang baru. Ingat perasaan itu setiap kali sesuatu terlihat sulit. Kamu sudah pernah mencoba hal-hal baru, dan kamu melakukannya sambil tersenyum.
Dan sejak hari pertamamu, kamu punya seorang koko. Arthur sudah memelukmu, menarikmu di gerobak merah, dan bermain bersamamu sejak kamu masih kecil sekali. Jagalah satu sama lain, selalu.
Akan ada hari-hari yang lebih berat dari yang lain. Di hari-hari seperti itu, ingatlah bahwa kamu dicintai lebih dari yang bisa kamu bayangkan, bahwa rumah selalu terbuka, dan bahwa tidak apa-apa untuk memulai lagi.
Apa pun yang kamu pilih dan jadi apa pun kamu nanti, kami sudah bangga padamu. Jalani hidup sepenuhnya, tetaplah baik hati, dan jaga hatimu tetap penuh harapan.
